he Intel® 915GV Express chipset delivers the latest features for interactive client, communications, and embedded computing solutions. Designed for use with the 551 and 651 Intel Pentium 4 processors with Hyper-Threading Technology and the 341 and 352 Intel Celeron D processors, this chipset introduces a new generation of scalable performance and value giving full desktop features and performance for your embedded design.

The chipset consists of the Intel® 82915GV Graphics and Memory Controller Hub (GMCH) and the Intel® ICH6 I/O Controller Hub (ICH). Together they provide superior graphics with outstanding memory performance and high-speed I/O for today’s demanding designs. This chipset also supports next-generation I/O capability including PCI Express along with present and future mainstream memory technologies.

The Embedded BIOS® with StrongFrame® Technology Adaptation Kit's high-level firmware tools and full source code for the core BIOS provide you ease, speed, power, and control of your custom BIOS adaptations. The modular architecture enables concurrent project development reducing development life cycle, time to market and project cost.
